Late to the latke discourse but how does one get the McDonalds Hashbrown Texture and not the Mush Texture? I’m using the recipe I found in The New York Times until someone comes and helps me because I’m a mildly terrified goy attempting to make good holidays for my partner. I am tempted to put the stupid potato shreds into the food dehydrator for a bit because I wring them out with extreme violence and they still don’t behave.

Passover makes me sad lol

#i wish my family still practiced. like the worst part of my moms divorce is that i lost all of my connections to judaism lol #i would like to attend a seder... its been like 7 yrs 🥺#rosh hashanah tu bishvat purim and sukot give me this same feeling. every year im like i should be.... ya know doing the thing #sigh #anyways chag peasach sameach to all of yall observing 💖 they tried to kill us we survived LETS EAT!#thats the peasach toast my step grandfather always gave before the meal 🥺
